1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AutoShowroom (the "Platform"), operated by Saadodin D. Busran ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

AutoShowroom provides a digital marketplace/classifieds platform where users can purchase digital slots to list and display vehicles for sale. We are solely a platform provider and are not directly involved in any transactions between buyers and sellers of vehicles. Users are provided with an initial allocation of 10 free slots upon registration. Once these free slots are exhausted, additional slots must be purchased.

3. Virtual Wallet and Top-ups

To purchase posting slots, users must add funds to their AutoShowroom account via our "Top-up" system.

• Platform Credits: Funds added to your account are converted into virtual Platform Credits. These credits have no real-world cash value outside of the Platform.
• No Cash Withdrawals: Platform Credits can only be used to purchase car listing slots on AutoShowroom. They are strictly non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or cashed out to a bank account or e-wallet under any circumstances.
• All Sales Final: Once a top-up transaction is completed successfully, it is considered final and non-refundable, except in the event of a verifiable technical error on our end.
• Account Termination: If your account is banned or terminated for violating these Terms, any remaining virtual wallet balance will be forfeited.

4. User Responsibilities & Content Rules

As a user of the Platform, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All information you post regarding vehicles must be accurate, truthful, and lawful.
• You will not post fraudulent listings, scams, illegal items, or spam.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing or ban any user account that violates these rules without prior notice or refund.

5. Payments Processing

All top-up transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway, PayMongo. By initiating a top-up, you agree to PayMongo's terms and conditions regarding payment processing. You must provide valid and authorized payment methods.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoShowroom is a venue for connecting sellers with potential buyers. We do not inspect, guarantee, or warrant the condition, legality, or existence of any vehicles listed on the Platform. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from interactions or transactions between users of the Platform. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.
